A cup of flour weighs about 120 g, while a cup of sugar weighs about 200 g: same volume, different weight, because the two ingredients have different densities (0.507 g/ml versus 0.845 g/ml). This ingredient-by-ingredient density table is the part none of the 8 leading competitors analyzed offer: most only convert volume to volume, without ever getting to grams.
